Sikkim's Street Singer "Gainey" Is a Buzz Of YouTube and Facebook
Pakyong, 24 June : A cheerful faced young man who is always seen around East Sikkim playing his traditional wooden "Sarangi" infusing a melodious Hindi and Nepali songs is now a buzz on social media Facebook and Youtube. He is none other than Santosh who has been continuously pleasing lakhs of people of Sikkim since last 5 to 6 years beside the streets and resting places.
Just recently only the pioneering entrepreneur cum CEO of Gangtok Travel Mr. Pravesh Chhetri uploaded Santosh's video on Youtube and Facebook which turned to become viral throughout the world. Interestingly the video was watched by the highly acclaimed Indian Music Director cum Singer Pritam , Pritam in his tweets respect towards the talent of Santosh as well as express his desire to meet him someday.
