Open Road Wanderers Club to host 10th North East Riders Meet
Gangtok, 23 Jul : Open Road Wanderers Motorcycle Club, the biggest motorcycle club of Sikkim will host the 10th edition of the North East Riders Meet (NERM) with the theme ?Bringing the Seven Sisters Home?, at Mankhim, Barfung in South Sikkim from October 26 to 28.
NERM is an annual event of Royal Enfield motorcycle enthusiasts of Northeast India. Open to all riders from across the country, the event provides Royal Enfield riders with a unique opportunity of getting together to celebrate and grow.
Announcing the dates of this year?s event, club president Naresh Chettri informed that event will not only provide riders with the opportunity to meet eachother but will also seek to promote Sikkim tourism.
This year?s event is limited to 1200 participants.
Riders from across India and the neighbouring countries will be participating in the meet.
Interested riders can visit the club?s Facebook page to get information regarding the registration process, eligibility and fees.
The event is being held with support from the State Tourism Department and various other motorcycle clubs of Sikkim.
All About Open Road Wonderers Motorcycle Club:
Open Road Wonderers Motorcycle Club was formed on December 18, 2013 with the motive to create a platform for passionate and likeminded Royal Enfield riders of Sikkim.
The club at present has over 60+ members and besides organizing motorcycle tours, frequently organises various social and charitable programs for the benefit of the society and the needy.
