The President of India, Shri. Ram Nath Kovind arrives Sikkim
Gangtok, Nov 2: (IPR) : The President of India, Shri. Ram Nath Kovind arrived in the State capital a short while ago.

The Hon'ble President who is on a two-day visit to Sikkim is accompanied by First Lady Smt. Savita Kovind.
The President was received upon arrival at Army Helipad, Libing, by Governor of Sikkim, Shri Ganga Prasad, Chief Minister of Sikkim, Shri Prem Singh Tamang, Speaker, Sikkim Legislative Assembly, Shri. L.B. Das, Ministers of the Government of Sikkim, Hon'ble MPs, MLAs, Chief Secretary, Government of Sikkim, Shri. S.C. Gupta, DGP Sikkim, Shri A. Shankar Rao, GOC 17th Mtn Division, Major General Ram Chandra Tiwari, SM, VSM, DC East, SP East and State Protocol Officer.
After receiving the Guard of Honour from the 17th Battalion of the Rajput Regiment under 17 Mtn Division of the Army, the Hon'ble President and his entourage proceeded to Raj Bhawan, Gangtok.
