What are the types of Bad Road Conditions?

Potholes: a lot of accidents can occur when tar and asphalt are missing in large chunks from the road.

Rain or hailstones: ?Rain is said to be asphalt and tar?s worst enemy as water penetrates the tar layer and enters the base material, this weakens the tar and asphalt and cause depression?on roads.

Pavement drop-off: A drop-off region can present a serious danger to drivers.

Temporary fixes: temporary fixes of roads before they are resurfaced, can be dangerous.

Effective interventions include designing safer infrastructure and incorporating road safety features into land-use and transport planning, improving the safety features of vehicles, improving post-crash care for victims of road crashes, setting and enforcing laws relating to key risks, and raising public awareness. Authority must take some measure to stop practice of keeping vehicle along narrow NH10 when it goes technical glitch or unavoidable reason the design of roads can have a considerable impact on their safety. Ideally, roads should be designed keeping in mind the safety of all road users. This would mean making sure that there are adequate facilities for pedestrians, cyclists, and motorcyclists. Measures such as footpaths, cycling lanes, safe crossing points, and other traffic calming measures can be critical to reducing the risk of injury among these road users.
