Covid 19 : 144 CrPC Imposed in Two Districts of Sikkim

Pakyong, 19 Mar : 144 Cr PC is been imposed in East and South Districts of Sikkim following Covid 19, a contagious Coronavirus Outbreak.
In East Sikkim Gangtok Municipal Area GMC, Pakyong, Singtam, Ranipool, Rangpo , Rongli etc areas are under influence of 144 CrPC.
In South Sikkim, Namchi , Melli, Jorethang, Damthang, Adarsh Gaon, Namthang etc areas? are under influence of 144 CrPC.
Under this direction of Magistrate of respective Districts
1. Non permissible of Assembly of more than 5 persons allowed.
2. Discloser of illness suspected of Covid 19 to Surveillance Team. Action will be taken under applicable law if anyone denies or absconds.
3. Establishment / Owners must immediately inform Surveillance Team of any suspected case(s) of Covid 19 legitimately.
