MLA in his Message Writes as follows
For your kind information the Red Panda Festival which was scheduled for April now hereby stands postponed due to the epidemic of ConVid 19 in the country and the neighbouring countries. As much as I personally want it to happen in April but at the same time we cannot take the risk as it would be fatal if the outbreak occurs.
Taking into consideration all these matters and the notifications received from the Union Ministries I think it would be best if we postpone it. HCM is also has the same opinion.
I would like all to share this message to your near and dear ones who were exited for the festival. We will now prepare for the next date when the Virus subsides.
