Covid 19 : Railway TT Suspended Over Rude Behaviour With Sikkim Citizens (Women)
Pakyong , 22 May : While the Chief Minister Of Sikkim Sh Prem Singh Tamang (Golay) in coordination and support from Deputy CM of Karnataka thanked helping out Citizens mainly comprising of Sikkimese students , job doers who all were stranded since last two months in Karnataka, here Dy CM Karnataka state provided support for returnee but unfortunately on 19 May Railway Travelling Ticketing Examiner TT turned very rude towards Sikkimese passengers mainly women during start off journey from Bengaluru to New Jalpaiguri (West Bengal) , passengers were rudely treated by TT whose 3 minutes video one of passenger managed to shoot and later sent to The Voice Of Sikkim.
In wake of nationwide lockdown , every stranded citizens facing problem , atop such behaviour was widely criticised in social media platform. The matter was taken up for sling action by Bengaluru Railway Authority on which one Citizen Mr Mitralal Dhungel who is Govt Engineer hailing from Sikkim asked via Twitter Handle to watch and listen the audacity of TT.
And all it happened was Railway immediately rushed in action invoking suspension of said errant TT.
Railway also apologised for incident stating that almost 99% staff are well behaved however some aren't..
