Covid 19 : 'Students and People coming from Red Zone must abide by facility quarantine'
Pakyong, 04 May : Sikkim Chief Minister Sh Prem Singh Tamang (Golay) interacts with TVOS today while CM was on inspection of Sochakgang New STNM Hospital to take stock of all preparedness , logistics in hospital. CM Sh PS Tamang (Golay) speaks on welcoming stranded people and students in outside states, quarantine mechanism , inter-state transfer of stranded migrant workers, permissible vehicular movements, office working culture, bailouts for taxi drivers (relief compensations) etc.
CM has thanked Covid 19 warriors for their tireless effort and struggle to combat Coronavirus Pandemic.
CM adds exclusively , that he would like to thanks such people who are gracefully staying back outside in order to support state of Sikkim which has still Zero Cases, to such honest people our govt will extend all supports wherever they are stuck. Because their movement from critical zones could transmit Coronavirus (Covid 19) which instantly cannot be detected. It is not that state cannot tackle but fact is that their awareness for safety of others coming from such zones are vulnerable, however we are equipped to tackle situations, CM adds.
