Heavy rain erupt flash-flood in Upper Dzongu (Passingdang), North Sikkim
Dzongu (N.Sikkim), 28 Jun? : A flash flood at Passingdang Upper Dzongu due to heavy rain. Huge damages to houses and public properties. No casualties reported till now.
Civilians evacuated on time. Loss of properties is huge. Passingdang Sec school is damaged majorly. The flash floods started after 6pm yesterday on 27th June. It is still raining while report was prepared.
