Covid 19 : Nurse in Namchi TB Cell Diagnosed Positive
Pakyong , 26 Jul : After doctor of emergency ward of New STNM Gangtok , a Nurse of Tuberculosis Ward in Namchi is diagnosed with Covid 19.
As per report she had been to Mamring funeral, her family members Rapid Antigen tested comes negative however their RTPCR test result sent to STNM is awaited.
People and staff in contact of nurse are asked fo follow guideline and undergo quarantine without going back home. Meanwhile areas around Namchi has been declared containment zones by DC South.
Contact tracing of people with nurse has been initiated, nurse is sent for treatment at STNM
