Sikkim Judicial Academy Training Conducted
10 Mar,?Gangtok (High Court) : Sikkim Judicial Academy organized a training programme on " General Provisions of the Civil Procedure Code,1908 and Criminal Procedure Code,1973 (practice and Procedure) and Services of Summons" for Peshkars and Process Serves of the Subordinate Courts of Sikkim on 10th March,2018? at the Sikkim Judicial Academy, High Court Premises , Gangtok.
Mr.Prajwal Khatiwada , District a& Sessions Judge, North Sikkim at Mangan was the Resource Person.
