Differently-abled minor sexually ssaulted by 60 years old man
Pakyong , 19 June :?60 years old man Jit Bdr Rai hailing originally from Rongbul Darjeeling sexually molested differently abled minor girl (Who cannot talk , listen or walk) under Phodong Police Juridiction in North Sikkim.
Mother lodged complaint who witnessed the incident, she was lured giving Rs 500 by devil rapist Jit Bdr Rai not to disclose incident but she refused. Incident took place on 16 June is reported.
The rapist is arrested and slapped relevant section of POCSO act of law.
