A pitiful state of family in Rayong Busty, South Sikkim
Pakyong, 19 Feb : A Sherpa family of of 7 members hailing from Rayong Busty which comes under Barfung constituency South Sikkim, where everyone is chained to some form of health ailments.
Family includes a 70 year old father - Mingma Sherpa who is too old to walk , mother who is also 70, old and a Tuberculosis (TB) patient, they together have five sons out of which two of them live seperately one is mentally unstable, another one blind and third is paralysed.
Their condition is too agonizing even to fathom, they are poverty stricken.

The Family holds Sikkimese Residential Certificate, but their source of earning is absolutely NIL.
TVOS team lead by Aaron Rai , Binod Rai ,Bal Kumar Basnett, Lassang Gurung, Suk Bdr Subba ,Prakash Rai and Suraj Limboo helped the needy family with essential commodities, foods, ration supplies and some money.
