Pakyong, 04 May : While the state of Sikkim is all set to bring home the stranded citizens and students who are outside the state due to lockdown since last 45 days, the Chief Minister Sh Prem Singh Tamang? (Golay) is continuously bothered regarding people who all are waiting to be back home due to Pandemic as such various initiatives are being pressed ensuring their entry in individual level coming from various zones i.e Red,Orange and Green are segregated accordingly to facilitate health check unto quarantine at main checkpost at Rangpo. The state from today has started collecting the online registration of people and students willing to be back home. At Rangpo which is main entrance for the returnee many mean and measures are being taken care of prior to their return during the Lockdown 3.0 which is now further till 17 May.
It may here be recalled that stranded people are basically the students who are pursuing their higher education outside the state of Sikkim in various states and those citizens of Sikkim who are on medical ground.
The state of Sikkim under the visionary mission of the Chief Minister Sh PS Tamang (Golay) exclusively in Pandemic situation ever since lockdown started against Covid 19 has been doing remarkable achievement successively by implementing series of steps to avoid transmission of Coronavirus in all levels, with Zero Covid 19 case reported until? date the state of Sikkim as set a benchmark among all states and UTs for which PM Sh Narendra Modi too lauded the CM over the telephone.
